The Location of Sofitel Vinpearl Resort and Spa Hotel in Nha Trang is convenient and can be accessed by all major modes of transport. The Cam Ranh International Airport is located in the close proximity to the hotel. To reach the hotel from the airport it will take hardly 45 minutes. Today, Vinpearl Resort and Spa can satisfy every need for meetings, conferences, seminars, events, and art shows:
Grand Ballroom: with over 600 seats, it is divided into Ballroom 1 and Ballroom 2. The multifunctional meeting room is equipped with all modern visual and audio technologies and communication facilities. With a capacity of over 1000 people, it is a perfect place to hold meetings, conferences, large-scale parties or shows and exhibitions. This is one of Vietnam’s largest and most modern meeting rooms. It is designed separate next to a beautiful garden, has a large corridor and an area for cocktail preparing. The Grand Ballroom can offer 360 portions of food, 250 buffet portions, and 600 portions of cocktail.
Ruby and Diamond meeting rooms: 150 m², for medium - and small – size corporate meetings.
Event Hall (Multifunctional Conference and Show Center): with a capacity of 1500 people, equipped with up-to-date sound and lighting techniques, it has a 240 m² stage. This is the place where grand events have been organized: final round of Miss Earth 2007; Vietnam Universe 2008...
