Cat Ba Island is the largest island in the Cat Ba Archipelago that consists of 350 limestone outcrops adjacent to Halong Bay. This is an oasis where you can be gone for one or for several days. You can contemplate the beautiful scenery of Halong Bay before reaching the island.

Day 01: Hanoi – Ha long (L/ D) - 200km/ 3.5hour drive
Pick up at your hotel then our car take you for a short refreshment around the bank of Sword lake, followed with a visit at Temple of Literature and Hochiminh Mausoleum with Ba Dinh square, House on stilts, One pillar Pagoda. Enjoy lunch at restaurant before leaving for Halong bay. After approx 3.5 hours, we arrive in Halong city. Dinner then drive to hotel for check in and relax. The night will be free for exploring city on foot or wandering around night market. Overnight in Halong bay
Day 02: Ha long - Cat ba Island (B, L, D) - 8hours cruising
After breakfast, the vehicle sends you to the Halong pier for 4hour cruising trip. The cruise trip passes through thousand of green limestone mountains on the emerald water of Halong bay, which is listed as a world heritage site. During the cruise, we will visit magnificent cave such as: Thien cung and Dau Go grottoes, fighting cocks’ islets, ect
The cruise proceeds directly to Catba island while enjoy almost a full day on the calm waters of Ha Long Bay to explore Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha bay with thousands of lime-stone mountains. In the afternoon we arrive in Cat Ba Island. Our vehicle is waiting for us in the wharf; we transfer to the hotel and relax. Or we spend our time at the beautiful beach on the island.
Day 3 Cat Ba Island - Hai Phong - Hanoi (B, L) - 150km/ 2.5hours drive
After having breakfast we visit the Cat Ba National Park with the old Military Hospital cave that was used by the North Vietnamese Army during the American war. We will return to Cat Ba Township before boarding on speed boat for more an hour riding to Vietnam’s largest sea port and third largest city, Hai Phong. Arriving in Hai Phong we transfer to our waiting vehicle for the two hour drive back to Hanoi. End of the services
