Day 1: Welcome to Hanoi (D)

Welcome at Noi Bai Airport, located 40km from Hanoi center by tour guide then transfer to hotel. This afternoon (if time permits, depend on your flight schedule) see a little of Hanoi as you are riding by traditional ‘cyclo’ through the intricate alleyways of Hanoi’s famous Old Quarter. This evening enjoy an introductory talk to Vietnam’s fascinating past by our informative tour guide before a welcome dinner. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 02: Duong lam Ancient villages – Tay Phuong Pagoda (B/L)
Waking up in the morning, today we will start our cultural holiday with a visit to the most typical traditional village of Red river delta – Duong lam village. Duong lam is 50km from Hanoi center, with some ancient houses even 400 hundred years old built by unique materials: da ong - A special local rock. 
Lunch will be served at an ancient house.
Proceed to visit Tay Phuong pagoda to admire a series of 18 Buddhist statues which were amazingly carved by skillful carpenters. Back to Hanoi in late afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 03: Hanoi – Halong full day (B/L)
Today is a full day to see Halong bay – twice recognized the World Heritage. After breakfast, we depart directly to the city of Quang ninh and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay.
Upon arrival, we board on deluxe traditional junk for 4 hours to sail deeply in the bay. Seafood lunch is served on junk then back to port for a drive back to Hanoi city. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 04: Hanoi – Ninh Binh full day (B/L)
Today, we will visit the place known as “Halong Bay on Land” and also be the first capital of Vietnam, even before 1000 year old Hanoi city, Ninh Binh province. After a 2.5 hour driving, we visit Hoa Lu former citadel where the first Vietnamese Dynasty placed its palace. Today, Hoa lu is not much remained but the temple of King Dinh, King Le and the unique Queen of Vietnam, Queen Duong Van Nga. The next stop, We move to the natural beauty land of this place - Tam Coc visit by sampans ride along a lovely spring. Drive back to Hanoi and relax. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 05: Hanoi – Fly to Quang binh where Phong Nha cave located (B)
Free day to self-explore Hanoi before departing for Quang Binh province by early afternoon. After arrival, we drive to hotel to pull out the luggages and relax at the hotel. Free time at your own pace and dinner.
Overnight in Quang Binh.
Note: The route Hanoi – Quang Binh NOT operated on Mon and Wed by Vietnam Airlines. If your holiday is on this day, some changes will be suggested to fit flight schedule 

Day 06: Phong Nha cave exploration (B)
Refresh up then we start our tour to one of world class’ master pieces in Quang Binh – Phong Nha cave. We board a sampan along Son river to reach the cave. Along the river, you will listen to our tour guide talk about the cave information as well as the role of this place in Vietnamese history. You even can see the board to sign “Hochiminh Legendary trail” in one bank of the river. Explore the cave then back to downtown for overnight

Day 07: Dong Hoi – DMZ tour – Hue (B/L/D)
Leaving Dong hoi by Hochiminh Trail (not A1 National way), we will have a short stop at Truong Son National Cemetery to pay respect to the soldiers who fought and died on the trail during the war. From there, we head to Dong Ha Town passing Ben Tat Bridge, built by the VC(Viet Cong) over the Ben Hai River. Visiting the mystic Vinh Moc Tunnel and the historic  Hien Luong Bridge.
Head down to Hue city. Dinner and overnight in Hue.

Day 08: Hue full day city tour (B) 
We have visited the first citadel of Vietnamese feudal. Today we move to central to visit the last citadel in Hue city. Different from Hoalu, Royal palace in Hue is persevered quite well as listed in Cultural World Heritages and it existed just over 200 years ago. This morning, we will go out for the visit the only citadel left in South East Asia called the Forbidden Citadel. Enjoy a boat trip  along Huong river to see Thien Mu Pagoda just located on river bank. After your own dinner, we are free to wander around the old city that depends on your choice. Overnight in Hue

Day 09: Hue Royal tombs tour – drive to Hoian (B)
After breakfast, continue to see more about Hue city with Royal tombs: Tu Duc King and Khai Dinh Kinh’s tombs. These tombs reflect the luxury in their after life of Kings and also show the style of each King: Tu Duc loved poetry very much while Khai Dinh was very modern and opened to Western culture. Lunch is on your own account.
In the afternoon, we proceed to Hoian – another Cultural World Heritage in Central. Overnight in Hoi an

Day 10: Hoi an city tour (B)
Today take a short walking tour of Hoi An. Visit the local market, Tan Ky old house, the Fukien Assembly Hall and the 400 year old Japanese Bridge. Enjoy the remainder of the afternoon to explore at your own pace. Overnight in Hoi an

Day 11: Hoi An free day to explore (B)
A day at leisure in Hoian. You can relax on the white sand beach or just wander the many tailor shops around Hoi an center or rise early and join the optional morning cookery class at Red Bridge Cooking School - which begin with a visit to the colorful market of Hoi an to purchase your ingredients then transfer the cooking school where a two hour lesson follows. In the late afternoon there is the option of gentle cruise tour on the Thu Bon River and reward yourself with a delicious dinner with local specialties at one of many friendly restaurants. Day 12: Hoi An – fly to Saigon (B)
Free in the morning. In the afternoon, our car picks you up and transfer to Danang airport for the flight to Saigon. One of the highlights of your trip, this bustling city is a stark contrast to your itinerary so far. On arrival, take a short orientation tour of the city that includes the former Presidential Palace and History Museum. Overnight in Saigon

Day 13: Cu chi tunnel trip (B)
Cu chi tunnel is a well-known place to show an important part of Vietnam history. In the morning, we drive to the tunnel complex. Arrive in the tunnel after 1 hour drive, we start our exploration. Forget all about wrong/right sides in a painful war or opposite political views, we are here just to see and admire surviving ability of human beings in under basic living conditions and learn a little more about one pace in Vietnam history.
In the afternoon. We drive to back to your hotel. Overnight in Saigon

Day 14: Hochiminh city - Departure (B)
Last see our most modern city, we do hope you understand our country more through its cultural and historical highlights besides its natural beauty. Transfer you to the airport for your next destinations.
